Glassfish Keystore location is : domains/domain1/config/keystore.jks
Glassfish tryststore location is : domains/domain1/config/cacerts.jks

The Keytool commands are in the link :

Example :
keytool -import -alias alias
        -file ABCCA.cer -keystore storefile
