Please look through https://glassfish.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=3317 to verify that you are encountering the same problem...

The KEY POINTS in that issue are:

1. You have a module that has a persistence.xml that specifies 'create-and-drop-tables'.

2. Your resources are defined as part of the project... in sun-resources.xml

An easy work-around is to define the resources (like the connnection pool) via the admin console, instead of via the sun-resources.xml file.

The easy thing to do is to go to the Files explorer window and cut the sun-resources.xml file OUT of the setup directory and place it in the root of the project... so you can put it back later to verify that this issue is resolved...

IF you don't think your project is running into issue 3317, please provide a few more details about it.
