To me it looks like you are mixing different libraries,
Make sure it's not related to the classpath your IDE builds,
try to set the classpath manually with the following jars:
<gf>\lib\javaee.jar;<gf>\lib\appserv-rt.jar;<gf>\lib\appserv-admin.jar;<gf>\lib\install\applications\jmsra\imqjmsra.jar
