I have set up successfully a Connection Pool and JDBC Resource to connect to an Oracle database using Glassfish V2 b33. Ping is successful.
Using the exact same settings on the Glassfish version that comes with NetBeans 6 M9, that is b41d, pinging the database fails with the message "An error has occurred
Class name is wrong or classpath is not set for : oracle.jdbc.pool.OracleDataSource"
Can anyone explain why the later version of Glassfish fails and what settings I need to change to get b41d to connect to Oracle?
John.
