I looked in the directory ${install-dir}/lib/schemas and found all the schemas.
including the one that the error refers to "application_1_4.xsd"
Everything is owned by "root", group by "sys"
All the permissions are set to:
owner = rw
group = r
other = r
The permissions on the config directory is
owner = rwx
group = none
other = none
No symlinks.
in the config directory all the files except a couple have the following permissions
owner = rw
group = none
other = none
the files that have other permissions (rw-r--r--) are
.domain-registry.system
admsn
derby.log
domain-registry
secure.seed
Does Glassfish change the runtime user. If so where is that configured?
