it look like a had the same trouble. So what i anderstand of this probleme is that if you are using asadmin to start your server it will ask you for password and everithing is fine (forme). You need only to set your new admin user and pass.
But if you just use PELaunch it more difficult and you need to hard code inside some class your admin name and pass.
But i am still wondering how the admin user and adminadmin pass are still used inside some XML file.
Sorry but it is all i anderstand at the momment.
