First thank you for your help even though I cannot supply you the sources directly.
Anyway, the EAR file contains on the root level the following files;
[jar] -> empty directory
[META-INF] -> empty
Connector.jar
MyEJB.ejb
OnlineAdministrator.war
The EJB file contains:
[META-INF] -> contains the manifest file with Manifest-Version: 1.0 and Class-Path: MagoniaConnector.jar and the persistence+ sun-ejb xml files.
org..... -> the class files and the Webservice class.
I hope this helps. I am still working with the "copy it to the lib directory" solution but it is not very elegant....
