Ken,

When starting from Java (Java-to-WSDL) case you do not need to package
the WSDL in the WAR/EAR. The WSDL will be generated automatically.

When starting from WSDL (WSDL-to-Java) case you do package the WSDL's
and XSD's (schema files) in you app since you are starting from WSDL.
