Re: latest version of docs

Hi Carla

Any particular reason why the earlier HTML versions were not retained.
The HTML version was easier to link to, point out a particular section
to users etc.

.. and while we are at docs, could we also add a link to the
documentation home page to the left frame under "use it". We current
have a "javadocs" link alone in the left frame.
