I'm not familiar with what Anissa is referring to, but this is
definitely a new feature for v3 for the appclient command. Anissa is
correct that in v3.0 there are no clusters and in v3.x this option will
support a comma-separated list of host[:port] values. In v3.0 only a
single value makes sense, but a single value is supported for v3.0.
