Ajit,
If you want to have the password protection, either use the Unix install
script instead of the zip, cause the installer will ask you if you want
password protection or not, or use the asadmin command to set a password
for the admin user.

For other bundles below, this issue was not seen. Accessing admin via
browser asked for admin credentials.
