That's right - it is a JSP tutorial. It was more useful for JSF
developers that didn't use facelets (which with JSF 2.0 should
definitely be a thing of the past).
Anyway some chapters are relevant no matter which web technology you use
- like the appendix about the HTTP protocol (I'm always amazed how many
web developers have no clue at all about the underlying protocol) or the
one about internationalization - even thought the tutorial itself is
German only :-)
I also intended to add some more JSF related topics but never managed to
do so.
