I'm sorry, Richard, but this website is in German only. I originally
hoped to be able to translate at least some of the chapters - but as
always I haven't found enough time to do so.
I do not know how good translate.google.com is working, but combined
with Afrikaans this might work.
OTOH: Maybe anyone on this list might want to help with the translation
or with contributing additional chapters :-)
