I did this by mistake. Deployed EJB to web profile
1) Installed GlassFish B71 Web profile
2) logged into localhost:4848
3) Clicked on Applications
4) Clicked on deploy
5) Selected my EJB that works in GF 2.1
6) Clicked on OK
7) The tree on the left disappears
8) Type has a validation error, which is correct. But left tree should not disappear
