What should I do if I found the problem again related to
the issue I've already filed ?
I started testing b26, and found out that the Issue 6240
is now enhanced, however, content of the error message is
still partly incorrect.

Input value:
** 999999999 --> Port is out of range
** 9999999999 --> Port is not a number (or greater)
---------------
Should I file this as a new issue of b26 or to update
the former post ?
