I used to stick them under $ASADMIN_ROOT/lib and bounce the server,
but I can't figure out where they should go on v3.
Tried modules/ but it's not picking them up.
(Did I miss this in the docs? Couldn't find it in the admin guide or
the quickstarts.
Then again the v2 docs don't appear to explicitly state where JARs
should go either).
