I am presuming you meant /TopLink Essential/, not TopLink. The former is
an Open Source JPA implementation made available under CDDL, where as
the latter is a commercial product from Oracle which has some additional
features. Can you please be more specific about how you want to "use"
TopLink Essentials? Are you planning to redistribute it as part of the
commercial product, or are you going to ask users of the commercial
product to get their own copy of TopLink Essentials, or is it just used
during development of the commercial product?
