This may be a dumb question, but with N local instances in a cluster is there any difference in my running "start-cluster C" versus N calls to "start-local-instance Ni"? I'm using the latter so I can start instances with the --verbose option, and just wanted to make sure I wasn't doing something radically different than people who are doing "start-cluster" (which is what I'm suggesting they do once everything works).
