  I updated QL tests and all tests are now passing. The continuous
build is back to normal.
I started the promoted build. A branch is created for MS 5. The trunk
is open for commits.

Paul, I did not revert v3-docs 3.1-b01. Please file a bug and fix the
the version in the title.

If there are bugs in MS5 build, developers will commit the fix in the
branch and also the trunk.
