Whoever is responsible for REST QL tests is requested to fix its
build.xml so that those tests can be executed separately following
instructions found in
v3/tests/quicklook/QuickLook_Test_Instructions.html. Currently, the
target named "all" does nothing. Moreover, the test suite claims its
name as admincosole.
