Based on this thread and separate conversations with Bill, here's the plan:

   1. rename the command to generate-domain-schema
   2. the command will output data for all supported formats (currently
      targeting HTML, DTD, and XSD) unless a specific format is
      specified in the command parameters and then only that format will
      be generated.

Currently only HTML output is implemented but I hope to get DTD and XSD
support in before 3.0.1 ships. For reference, this is being tracked
with https://glassfish.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=11682.
