Thanks -- that's the part I'm missing. I saw the thread but not all
the way through since everything was working for me after others had
reported the issue. Assumed (wrongly) it was an issue in v3 that had
been fixed by the time I got to it. Does it make sense for someone (I
volunteer) to add a note about it to the build wiki along with a link
to the thread?
