Hi,

I am currently chasing down a few unresolved dependencies in the Metro
web services bundle for V3 Prelude. GF V2 used to provide the JAXR API
and we bundled the JAXR implementation with Metro. In V3 it seems like
the API package (javax.xml.registry) is not available. Do we need to
bundle the API (and the implementation) with Metro?
