Why is the version of hk2 in common-api/pom.xml
<hk2.plugin.version>0.3.11</hk2.plugin.version>
  <hk2.version>0.3.11</hk2.version>
vs v3/pom.xml
 <hk2.version>0.3.12-SNAPSHOT</hk2.version>
 <hk2.plugin.version>0.3.12-SNAPSHOT</hk2.plugin.version>

Is this an oversight or an intentional change?
