Re: Glassfish cvs checkout errors

Dinesh,

Thanks for your efforts.
I did some change on your code to make it runnable on Windows.
<ant:exec executable="cmd" outputProperty="maven.version">
               <arg line="/c maven -v"/>
         </ant:exec>

But its output is not nice as excepted:

/D:\work\glassfish\src\glassfish>maven init
 __ __
| \/ |__ _Apache__ ___
| |\/| / _` \ V / -_) ' \ ~ intelligent projects ~
|_| |_\__,_|\_/\___|_||_| v. 1.0.2

BUILD FAILED
File...... D:\work\glassfish\src\glassfish\maven.xml
Element... ant:fail
Line...... 42
Column.... 124
Glassfish requires Maven 1.0.2, you have __ __
| \/ |__ _Apache__ ___
| |\/| / _` \ V / -_) ' \ ~ intelligent projects ~
|_| |_\__,_|\_/\___|_||_| v. 1.0.2/

I think customized ant task will make the output tidy and
OS-independant, but not sure if there is any reasonable way to do that
with maven.
Anyway GF is maven version-sensitive, that what have to be emphasized in
the document.

Thanks,
Jim
