Yes Jim, this is emphasized in GF documents couple of times to make sure
Maven version is 1.0.2.. but this is rare occassions that user may miss
this basic step, so will try to update or add this goal for at least
bootstrap and checkout pregoals..
yes the banner doesn't disappear even if i try "-b" flag, so output is
not nice, but Error outputs are not nice all the time ;-)
