Build 7 Project Woodstock 4.3 has been posted and links can be found on
the Download page.

We apologize for the delay but things are changing around Project
Woodstock. We wanted to put this Build out since there are some fixes
developers have been asking for, but please understand that it has not
been fully tested.
A further announcement about Project Woodstock will be forthcoming. In
the meantime we would like to encourage any users/developers who have
fixes or additions that they think are appropriate to send them out to
the dev_at_woodstock.dev.java.net alias for review.
The latest version of the Release Notes for Build 7 are available from
