Thanks for the tip.
As it turns out, the appassembler plugin that I'm using generates these
headers by itself. I guess you can debate if these scripts are based on a
CDDL license if they are being generated for you, but I'm not an expert on
these matters, and the result is a little confusing.
I filed a bug for this (
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MOJO-948), but I
will try to come up with a workaround today.
