Hello Volunteers,

While working on a forthcoming proposal (which originated in the users
list) about HttpFilter (JIRA SERVLET_SPEC-141), I was made aware that
the @throws clause on HttpServlet.service() doesn't mention the fact
that ServletException is thrown if either parameter is not an instance
of its respective Http interface.

I've filed SERVLET_SPEC-143 and fixed it. Given the simplicity of the
fix, I've gone ahead and put it in the spec trunk rather than my
customary topic branch. If you disagree, let me know.
