It will be a while before we can finalize 1.1 since the JCP requires
the RI and TCK to also be available at the same time and the new EE
features will take a while to implement - particularly given that
Servlet 3, EJB 3.1 and JSR 299 are all still in progress. However we
thought it might be useful to publish the draft 1.1 now.
