Hi,

Going through the jMS 2.0 spec, I cannot find any references to
JMSConnectionFactoryDefinition within the specification, though it appears
in the javadocs and the RI.

I know we spoke about this annotation during JSR-343. However, it was
likely only a container level requirement. I also couldn't find it within
the JSR-342 spec.

Same applies to JMSDestinationDefinition.
