JAXB2 Commons is basically a collection of different plugins and tools
that were thrown randomly to the project in different times and different
people. I've tried to keep thinks in order for a while but then gave up
trying. It's hard to support the code written by other people. So I've
concentrated on my projects.

I personally don't think it makes much sense migrating the whole project
to the github. It would be better if individual conrtibutors move their
plugins to own repositories (GitHub or wherever else).
