You might try browsing the project repository:

(Best guess is, look in TRUNK)
This may have the download(s) you require.
The web-site is being migrated and we hope to have that back up
shortly. There are still data files which have not been migrated from
our old hosting organization. If those are what is missing, we'll have
to wait.
