Hi,

I have started extending XMLStreamBuffer to support binary data.

When creating a buffer i want to store the CharSequence object obtained
from XMLStreamReaderEx.getPCData, if an instance of Base64Data. That way
when processing it is really easy just to pass the object that was stored.

So if there are no objections i am going to implement the clone method
on Base64Data, and for efficiency clone should know if the byte[] passed
to Base64Data.set can be safely copied by reference.
