(1) why is not saying that JAX-RS 2.0 compliance is
provided, but solely talks about JAX-RS 1.0?
(2) why is TomEE+ not including JAX-RS 2.0 compliant CXF but only JAX-RS 1.x
(3) why has Apache no access to the TCK?
