Hi all,
I'm discovering the new JAX-RS 2.0 APIs and running some samples. I also
write some integration test to make sure my REST services work as expected.
For that, I can use several proprietary APIs to launch and embedded servlet
container and expose my services. I was reading the JAX-RS 2.0
specification and couldn't see and standard API for the web container (such
as EJBContainer in EJB 3.1). It would be great to have a standard
WebContainer API that would allow us to deploy a REST service in a
standard way.
I just don't know if this should be done in Servlet 3.1 or in JAX-RS 2.0.
What to you think of that ?
