Because this is JAX-RS 2.0 and not JAX-RS 1.0, because this is a new expert
group, and because several years of experience might show up new details and
use cases possibly not having discussed in JAX-RS 1.0 already or possibly
people just have changed their mind since.
We do not say that it must be done in the end. We just say that it should be
on the list of issues to be discussed and voted.
