But from where? Does this show up in your client terminal window (if so,
please give the output before and after the message -- were you
generating a client or running one) or did you try to bring up the port
information in a web browser?

I created a service and checked that it worked, and added a "lib"
directory under the WEB-INF dir in the war file, restarted tomcat, and
ran my client again. It worked that time too. Are you sure that's the
only change between the two war files? Can you do a "jar tvf [filename]"
in your $CATALINA_HOME/webapps directory and check the output?
What web server (and what version) are you using?
