Yeah those settings look almost identical to what I actually have myself.
What I have done is zipped up my test code. If yourself or anyone could get
a chance to look at it it would be much appreciated.
So basically, like the tutorial, go into the jaxrpc/hello directory and run
your ant. Make sure the jaxrpc/lib/ecetutil.jar is on your classpath and
then run ant.
I have also attached a zip that contains a targets.xml which uses the
"-classpath" option on wsdeploy which also fails.

I am using web services version 1.0.01 and Jdk1.4...
I modifed the config.xml and jaxrpc-ri.xml to reflect the my package name
and my contect path..
Package Name: unwsproject
Contect-Path: unwsproject-JAXRPC
