I am using web services version 1.0.01 and Jdk1.4...

I modifed the config.xml and jaxrpc-ri.xml to reflect the my package name and my contect path..

Package Name: unwsproject
Contect-Path: unwsproject-JAXRPC

For your reference I have attached all my configuration files..
