Yes, it works fine, in both the 2.0 and 1.2 branch. Very cool.

As for checking it in, I have no objections, but is it SOP to put it in
a special place, and then move it manually, or have everyone share?
Since "everyone" is problably just you and me right now, that's not such
a big deal - but I was planning on adding the demo src directories to
the nbproject - would you mind?

P.S. There's a .classpath and a .project file checked in to the
codebase. Aren't those eclipse droppings?
