In theory, when the user defines a flow, what's possible using
<faces-flow-definition> should be possible using FlowBuilder
syntax.
Checking in deep this part, I notice that <faces-flow-definition>
allow define <navigation-rule> nodes but FlowBuilder does
not have a proper builder for that.
I don't know if that detail is intentional or not, or maybe it is a
work in progress, the idea is just keep it into account.
