Yes, you are right. I should have noted that I haven't finished updating version numbers for MRs,
pending whether their changes would cause a version number update or not. I will fix this in
the Public Review Draft of the spec.

Default producers are on the RFE list. We are still currently investigating this and tracking as an issue
