Sounds fair, but most people I spoke to between JavaOne and DevoXX agreed,
there probably should be at least one or a few more EE JSRs.

Maybe not one for packaging only, but as you mentioned configuration,
staging and maybe deployment. Not sure if bundling them all into one works,
any other suggestions?
