Hey All!

It went well and I think it would be great to see us repeat this at any
conference where there are a few expert group members.

In attendance we had Ivar, Jean-Louis, Jason Porter and myself. Mark
Struberg joining partway in the session.

I did a 10-15 minute intro, then each of us got up and presented one of the
ideas from the proposals repo. We asked the audience questions to
basically gauge attractiveness of each. Of course there's more there that
can be presented, so we rotated a couple times till we ran out of time.

We had a second microphone so those not at the podium could still chime in
with comments, highlight key points, or ask questions to the audience.
That aspect turned out to be critical for the tone of the session. Would
have been very dry without it.

We closed with a call to action. "If you don't vote you can't complain.
Get involved."

It was a good format and I think easily repeatable. I wish one of us had
written down the audience feedback.

I do recall that the proposal that got the most "is this useful" hands was
this one:
