Yes.

We haven't benchmarked the http-servlet module. But HTTP performance in
general is as good as 1.9. Better in some cases.

Yes. Continuing WS work will be done in 2.2, vs 1.9.

There is no Servlet deployer at the moment. However, you can embed/access
Servlets and Filters.

The Servlet support isn't complaint, so as far as production ready,
