I can load attached file comettestcdn.html, it loads dojo from the public
CDN repo (so it's fairly trustworthy) and it goes into the /meta/connect
loop, one every 20ms, as I described.

I also tried downloading the latest grizzly-cometd.jar from
http://download.java.net/maven/2/com/sun/grizzly/grizzly-cometd/1.9.16-SNAPSHOT/grizzly-cometd-1.9.16-SNAPSHOT.jar
and replacing my v3promoted module/grizzly-cometd.jar, but it does not help
(though it seems to run slightly faster, one /meta/connect every 5-12ms :))
