2.1 uses Grizzly 1.0.21.jar. You can always update Grizzly jars by
downloading them from here:

https://maven-repository.dev.java.net/nonav/repository/grizzly/jars/

In domain.xml, just add:

<java-config classpath-prefix=/path/to/grizzly-1.0.x.jar
