Does anyone know if there is a way to get from Glassfish open source 3.1.2.2 to 3.1.2.7?

The commercial version of Oracle Glassfish Server (3.1.2.0) can be patched up to 3.1.2.9 with patches from Oracle.

We cannot go to GF open source 4.0/4.1 yet and need to stop off at 3.1.2.7 (or 3.1.2.7 or 3.1.2.9) first.
