Hi Ed,

Yes, I saw that information about the mailing lists. I figured out what my issue was re: the mailing list. It looks like you have to be logged into java.net to see the ’subscription’ button. Initially this prerequisite didn’t occur to me as most other projects which have mailing lists (eg. Apache) publish a subscribe/unsubscribe address for their lists on their sites.

Anyhow, thanks for taking the time to look over my question on SO.
